W.P. Exterior Services LLC is one of the top home service providers in Western NC and Eastern TN.

With over 5 years of experience dominating the home service industry in our area, we have learned that there are 3 things that makes or breaks a company like ours.

1) Communication. When we first started, we noticed the #1 complaint from homeowners was that other companies in this industry lacked the ability to communicate proficiently about multiple things (quotes, start dates, availability, etc.) We strive to go above other companies and meet the needs and requests of all customers. Our process demands weekly follow ups before AND after the completion of every job.

2) Persistency. The home service industry is like a roller coaster, many unpredictable ups & downs whether it be based on the weather, economic status, or the transition between seasons. Our company has always maintained professionalism & quality in our workmanship no matter what is thrown at us.

3) Integrity. A common trait of companies in our area is that they view customers as a “one time deal.” They make their money and move on to the next which can lead to cutting corners and poor quality especially with homeowners who live out of state. Our company focuses on creating a family environment and building a personable relationship with homeowners that leads to years of returning business. This is why no matter how big or small a job is our employees must follow checklists and strict requirements to ensure we meet & exceed all standards of quality & consistency.
